Event tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, if an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund automatically. Contact our support team for exceptional circumstances.

Simply show the QR code on your digital ticket — either from the email confirmation or from the "My Tickets" section in your account — at the event entrance for scanning. You can also download the ticket as a PDF for offline access.
